Data files can be imported with some difficulty - get the ODBC driver
from FMP. It's a bit frustrating but I've usually been able to get it
to work.

Forms and the rest of the user interface are utterly and completely
different, cannot be converted, and must be rebuilt from scratch. In
general you'll also want to redesign the tables - FMP tables tend to
be less fully relational than Access, usually contain calculated
fields (a no-no in Access), etc.

Agreed. If the files are not big you might just want to export from FM and
import into Access

Hi

The only item you can get out of FileMaker Pro are the tables. You first have
to export them out to a .DBF format and then import them into Access. As far
as the forms are concerned, you will have to recreate them.
