Printed messages in Outlook 2002 routinely identify attachments by filename
when the message format is either Plain Text or Rich Text, but apparently not
if it's HTML.
If a message must be printed in HTML format as a record of its overall
appearance, is there a setting that will allow message to show the names of
attached files? Other e-mail systems commonly allow a user to print the full
header, including the Attachments field that appears in the header of a
message seen onscreen.
