files before folders

I would like to list my files BEFORE my folders in the OPEN dialog. I can do
that by clicking on Name twice in the Detailss view but then the files and
folders are in REVERSE alphabetical order. I want Files: A to Z, then
Folders A to Z. ANy ideas? Thanks.
