Files not opening properly

I have a user running Excel 2003 whose files seem to
always default to a 4 sheets per page setting instead of
the normal 1 sheet per page. When you check the page
settings, the setting is set to 1 sheet per page, and
after clicking OK on this, it changes back to the 1 sheet
per page setting. Any idea on how I get it to open
correctly the first time? Thanks

This is a setting of the print driver. I would try re-installing it.
