Files won't Publish: Error messeage

Just about evrey time I try to upload files to the FTP server I am using, I
get one of two error messages: "500 TOR not understood", or "500 IST not
understood". This has become very frustrating as I can only get a few pages
uploaded/updated a day. Whats going on? Thanks.

Have you contacted your web host, as 500 errors are generated by the remote server.
