Filing emails from Shared Inbox to Sub Folders

I have set up a shared inbox and underlying subfolders that a number of
people have access to. When each eamil is dealt with it is filed in the
relevant subfolder. When the email is move to the subfolder, rather than
retaining the sender name and received date, the email looks like a forward
and applies the name of the person filing and the date they filed it.
How do I set up my shared folder and subfolders so that the sender name and
recieve date is retained.
