When I tried to save a Word Document I received this message, "not enough
quota is available to process this command" . I also received the same
message when I was in One Note. What does it mean? AND How do I fix it?

I've never encountered it before.

The fact that you have this problem in both Word and OneNote (and
probably other applications too) should be a
baseball-bat-upside-the-head hint to you that the problem is not with
Word, and yet here you are in this Word newsgroup...

Do you have Windows Vista? If yes, then a solution that works for some
people is to start Control Panel, switch to classic view, open Offline
Files, and increase the amount of disk space available to both offline
files and temporary space.
