There are a few ways to do this. Project is not set up to
do this in a slick fashion.
Option 1
Put the word travel in a text field or in the task name
Build a filter to filter for these tasks
Apply filter
Highlight the name field for each of these tasks
Right Click
Select Font
Select the desired color
Option 2
Build a macro that scans the file and changes the colors
for selected tasks.
Option 3
Select the marked field for each of these tasks. Go to
Format/Text Styles -- Select Marked Tasks and select
desired color
Option 1 and 2 require you to keep updating the
information. Option 3 is only good for one type of task.
