Fill Combobox With Search Filter Results

Hi:

I have a issue management database. I have a field called related issues
that contains the ID for records with similar inquiries/ (or dependant
issues). I have a search form with flexible criteria that filters the
database to search for related issues. Users can scroll through the filtered
results click on a check box if the issue is related. I want to store the
selected result in a combo box in database. How do I pass the values form
the search form to the main form/table?
