I am using the website generation function. Is there a
way to convert the file for use in Excel or some other
office product or as a PDF?

Hi,

I understand that you are using the Website Map and you want to export the
contents of the website into an Excel file or a PDF document.

It is possible to generate a report of the Properties of the Page Centric
and the Hierarchical views. Try the following steps to generate a report of
the properties that you want to display in an Excel sheet:
1. GO to Tools and then choose reports.
2. Click New to create a new report.
3. Follow the wizard to complete the steps to complete the report.
4. This report can be generated in the following formats: Excel, HTML,
Visio Shape and XML.

Please try the different formats to know the most appropriate way to
generate the properties report.
