FILL in fields

Mic

I am using the fill in field to create a document - I have
a field for Witness Name - and the Witness Name is used
several times throughout the document. Is there a way to
set it up so that the WITNESS NAME is only typed in one
time - but still goes to all of the fill in fields.

Thank you

Mic,

You can use Ask Field and then use REF Fields in each
space requiring the information.

For example, place an ASK field at the beginning or your
document:

{ASK WitnessName "Type in witness name"}

This creates a bookmark WitnessName

Now use {REF WitnessName} fields in all locations you want
the witness name to appear.

There is some difference between how Fill-In and ASK fields behave. You may
