Fill in forms that are protected

I have created a fill in form for my clients with text form fields. The
document is protected. It works great as long as the client uses the tab key
to move from field to field. If they enter information and then hit enter it
ADDS A LINE TO THE TEXT FIELD. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Insert a table in the document, and put each form field in a separate cell of
the table. In the table properties dialog, set the row heights to exact
measurements to prevent the form fields from expanding vertically.

By the way, you posted the same question three times within 15 minutes. If you
got an error message when you tried to post, please let us know -- there have
been problems with that in the past.

I have tables already. How do i set the row height? can't seem to find it.
