My database is tracking tax documents...
I have a subform, that has about 4 columns
Column 1 is DocumentType (e.g., W2, 1040, 1090)
Column2 is DocumentYear (e..g., 2001,2002,2003 etc)
Column 3 is DocumentStatus(e.g., (Pending, Canceled, Completed)
Column 4 is DocumentRcvdDate(e.g., 12/20/2005 11:25 AM)
What I would like to do is that when I select documents W2, 1040 and 1090
(this are all different rows) and only input one DocumentRcvdDate in the
first row(e.g., it might contain W2), I would like to have a button that if I
press, it will use that date and time and update the other rows which might
have 1040 and 1090.... How will do that?
