Fill Ins+Selecting same line of text

I have created a document template in Word 2002 and have
added fill ins for forms that need to be used repetedtly.
I need to find out how to use the fill field to insert
into fields of the same subject.

As confusing as that is written, here is an example


Dear Mr.[Insert Name]

blah blah blah

Sincerely Mr. [Insert Name]

I need to create a field/fill in that will insert the
names from one fill in command.
