When you fill right with multiple rows but one colunn selected and some of
the rows are %'s , excel for some reason can't handle it and turns 2% to into
102%, then 104% which throws the whole spreadsheet out.
it should just copy it like it copies other cell formats. Actually,
sometimes for some reason some of the cells do increment by 1 every column
you select even though you have only selected one column.
