fillin fields in footer

I made a template with a fillin filed in the footer. Now
whenever you request the document to print, the dialog box
for the fillin field comes up. Is there is way to stop
the fillin field dialog box coming up at each print
request?

If you want to change the filled-in field to plain text, so it can't be
reactivated as a fillin, select the field result and press Ctrl+Shift+F9 to
"unlink" it.

If you want to be able to turn the field on and off, select the field and
press Ctrl+F11 to lock the field, and later you can press Ctrl+Shift+F11 to
unlock the field. It won't try to update while it's locked.
