Fillin Form Macro

I have a protected fillin form in Word and I would like to know how to
set up running a macro at the end of the form for 2 people to select
their names and the macro to insert their signoff at the bottom of
that form.

I am at a loss as to how to do this, but it was mentioned that I have
to put an IF statement there.

I would appreciate any help.

There are various possible ways you could have made a "fillin form". Can
you tell us more exactly how this form is built?

And which version of Word do you have?
