Filling Cells

I need to be able to fill cells a10:g10 with values from
a5:g5 if the value in a4:g4>=a1. a4:g4 are in asending
order from 0 to 6. What is the formula I should put in
a10:g10?

Select A10:G10, enter this...

=IF(A4>=$A$1,A5,"")

and press <Ctrl><Enter>.
