filling in test boxes from a drop down selection

Hi
I am using access to get user info
IE
UserName Tlear
Firstname Tim
Lastname Lear
I have a form with a drop down to select Tlear
I want the form to fill in First Name and Last name when Drop down is selected

Can someone tell me in detail how to do this: would this be a rule
Can you send me a form with the solution. I can reverse engineer it
