Hi,
I've scanned (OCRed) a document into electronic format and saved it as a
Word document. The problem I'm having is that the original document was only
10cm (4") in width and that is now the width of the document in Word. I'd
like to use the entire width of the A4 (approx 21cm) page that is available
in Word, to save both paper and for better presentation. The only way I can
know to do this is to manually hit 'delete' at the end of each line and suck
the following line up. This is very time consuming. Does anyone know of a
Word feature that can do this? 'Justifying' it doesn't work btw.
Thanks in advance,
George
