Filltering results in a querie

Hi i'm new to bulding db's and need some help.
I have a table feilds "with product name, Product type with lookup
wizard with set values,
and storage type with lookup wizard with set values".
i wana get a querie where i can filter the results on the value i chose
in iether lookup feild, example

in prduct type lookup feilds are meats, vegetables, seafood, exe
and storage type are frozen, dry goods, exe. i wana use this criteria
to filter the ouput of the db.
