filoFax templates?

To save me reinventing the wheel, does anyone have filoFax templates to
allow Word to print 3 filoFax pages on an A4 (or similar) page?

I want to do a mail merge of a contact database and get rid of dozens of
very dog-eared filoFax pages :)
