Filter a mailing list

I've created mailing list for use in Publisher document, but have divided my
2000 names into categories for easier mailings...."Mailing List 1", "Mailing
List 2" etc. When I am trying to sort or filter my list for mailings I can't
find anything resembling my "categories" field and am therefore unable to
filter the list for my mailing.

I'm using Publisher 2007, part of Small Business Publisher. However, I did
solve the problem by going back to my Business Contact Manager list, then
creating a new list in csv format and entitling the lists "Mailing List 1"
etc. Therefore I no longer need to filter my lists.

However, now I am having a problem with getting the sheets to print in 4 up
format. I've done it successfully before, but what is happening now is that
I'm only getting one postcard per page....I go into FILE, PRINT MERGE, then
click on MULTIPLE PAGES PER SHEET but still only 1 postcard is coming out.
I've gone to INSERT, PAGE, then CLICK ON 3 to create multiple copies but
nothing happens when I do that. Please help. Thanks.

I have advised folks to use one of the Avery US Letter postcard templates. These
seem to always work for your type merge.

Yes, I went back and re-created the postcard in Avery US Letter and it's
working now...many thanks for saving me hours of time once again
