Filter a report

I am tring to run a report on a single person out of my
database.

What expression/code do I need to place in the filter
field, once I turn the filter search on.

It depends on what you want to filter by. If I wanted to filter the person
by last name and there is a field called LastName, then I'd do [LastName] =
"WhateverLastName"
