Filter Enterprise Resource in Project Pro when trying to build tea

Our users are getting "Filter Enterprise Resource" dialog box when in Project
Pro > Tools > Build Team from Enterprise. The dialog box prompts them to
filter on the enterprise resource pool to reduce the # of resources shown.
It says downloading the entire pool will take a long time.

You can hit Ok or Cancel on the dialog box.

We will like to disable this dialog box somehow .. any ideas how?

Avi --

You cannot disable this dialog, as it appears when the number of resources
exceeds 1,000 in your Enterprise Resource Pool. So, tell your PMs to live
with this. The dialog is there to help them, but I know it probably feels
more like it is slowing them down than helping them! :) Hope this helps.
