Filter for blank cells in Outline Code

I want to build a filter which will filter for non-summary task with blank
cells in outline code. For first criteria I use "summary" equals "no". How
should I express blank cell in filter? Thanks.

Thank you Jack. My coworker asked to use greater than 0. It worked too. Thank
