filter for round numbers

Is there a way to filter or sort for only those values that have no cents? I
have a column of discount amounts, and I want to see only the flat rate
discounts and not the percentage discounts. The flat rate discounts would be
like 25.00 <-- always without any cents. Percentage discounts would
virtually always be like 25.34 or something like that.

You can use a helper column with a formula like this:

=IF(INT(D2)=D2,"Flat-rate","%age")

and copy this down. Then you can apply autofilter to this column,
selecting "Flat-rate" from the filter pull-down.

Assuming that the 25 is 25 and not soemthing like 24.999999999994 as the
result of a calculation the use a helper column with the formula:

=E4=INT(E4)

or whatever the column/row is and copy down then filter of TRUE.
