Filter incomplete tasks

Hi,
Is there a way in resource assignment view to add an incomplete task column?
I didn't see this as an option to choose when creating this view. The reason
i need this is because when my Manager generates a resource report she would
like to filter it out by incompleted tasks. Is this possible and in which
view can this be done?

Bella;

Create a new Custom field called incompleted Task and use a formula to
compare the percentage completion. Use indicators for better viewing.

Create a new view called imcompleted tasks and use the filter options to
filter OUT those taks which are completed.

In the Resource Usage view, you could use the standard Work Incomplete filter
to show only those assignments that have remaining work.

In the Task Usage view, you could use the standard Incomplete Tasks filter
to show only those tasks that are not 100% complete.
