Hi,
We have many reports that are driven by parameter queries. I was wondering
if this is the most efficient way to do things. One of the reports for
example simply lists all staff of a certain pay band.
The pay band field in the underlying table is a text field which is 5 chars.
However the majority of pay bands are single chars or numbers; for example D
band E band etc. Is there any way that the report itself could prompt the
user for the desired pay band. If so is this more efficient then the current
method I'm using?
