filter synchonized contacts with PDA

If I synchronize with my home, PDA, and work computers
how can I keep my non-business contacts from uploading to
my work computer, but maintaining the business contacts
on all three ?

You need to provide far more information for anyone even to begin on your
question. Include Outlook versions, information stores, and define your
terms. Business Contacts? Non-business Contacts?
What is your intended synchronization method?
