Filter Task Not complete for which predecessors have been complete

Dear all,

I would like to force user to be able to update tasks for which only if
their predecessors have been completed 100% (in this case preventing for a
task to be completed before its predecessors has been completed).
Is there any way, maybe on a particular filter on PWA my tasks or should i
go on native in Microsoft Project Plan?

You will need VBA or PSI code to do this. Project and Project Server only
filter based on data for one task at a time, so they cannot filter on a task
and its predecessors or sub-tasks etc.
