filter tasks where parent = x????

I'm trying to create a filter that will show incomplete
tasks of a given summary tasks. So let's say that I have a
summary task called PROJECT1. I want to see all incomplete
tasks that are part of PROJECT1. The incomplete part is
easy, but I can't find any way to filter on the summary or
parent. Any ideas?
