Filter values in a list dependent on value selected in prior field

I want to filter the values in a drop-down box in my form depending on the
value selected in a previous field. For instance, I have a field listing
various job sites. The next field lists all our model types. I want to
filter the "model" field to only list the values for a specific job site.
Can you please tell me how to do this?
