Hello Experts,
I use Portfolio Analyzer to analyze our resource allocations across our
projects using the Project Outline Codes we defined. We have projects in
different geographical areas and assigned to different Project
Managers..These are the most common codes that I use. The problem that i have
is this;
let's say that I am looking at resource allocations for Area 1 under PM xyz.
I have the "Projects" field along with Area and PM codes as filters in the
my pivot table and graph, but when I click on it to filter by any number of
projects that belong to PM xyz to drill down I have to scroll thru all of our
several hunderd projects to find the ones am looking for. Is there away to
restrict the project list to only show those that belong to the PM or even
Area that I'm analyzing
thank you,
Hadi
