filtering "between" values and counting filter results

Is there any way to filter between values? For example, filter all zip codes less than 91016 and greater than 91001? I was able to approximate this by looking for zip codes containing 91, although I got more zip codes than I needed.

Also, is there any way to count filter results? Of 23000 contacts, 200 had zip codes that met the above criteria? I notice that Find shows the count, but not Filter.
