Hello All,
I have a question. Currently my company has made the move to use Outlook XP
as our contact manager. With this move I now have about 1300 clients in my
contacts folder in outlook.
That being said I am still use to our old contact management software. In my
old software I was able to filter contacts by their birthdates and then by
birth month. For example, I would set up a filter to show me all clients who
were 65 years of age and older. I would then filter those results by month.
So I would end up with a list of clients who are 65 and older and who's
birthdays are in October.
I have checked a bunch of the groups and only found small references to
suing the calendar to do this search. However, I do not have the birthday
events in my calendar. Also, the items I found in the groups only refer to
looking for a specific month without filtering for age.
If someone could give me a hand it would be great.
Thanks You,
