We are considering using InfoPath for a business process re-engineering
effort and need to know if it is possible for an InfoPath form to filter data
in the form based on the NTID of the user.
A little more background on the concept.....
A form would be populated with repeating sections containing content
targeted for different managers. When accessing the form, the managers
should only see those sections with content targetted for them and be able to
supply responses in a field within the section(s) displayed.
When I read about user roles in infoPath, it specifically states not to use
roles for sensitive information. The information in the form is of moderate
sensitivity in that it holds survey response statistical analysis
information.
