I am resigned to the fact that it is not possible to filter out messages sent
to BCC. I tried to set up a filter which would infer this condition, by
creating a complex filter, ie my name is not in the TO box AND my name is not
in the CC box AND my name is not in the FROM box. Unfortunately, when I
tried to set up such a rule, I found that Outlook only provides the option to
check if my name is NOT in the TO box.
I would further like to enhance this filter by checking if the sender is
from outside my email domain. This would allow me the option of receiving
BCC messages from within my company. Such a filter might cause me to miss
messages from people I know, if they put me in the BCC, but I'm willing to
risk it. The number of this type of message would be very low. Most of my
friends and family have no idea how to send a BCC.
Any ideas?
