Filtering out "old" projects from the Time Sheet view

Is the only way to do this to make sure Remaining Work = 0 and that all tasks
are 100% complete? Or could I create an Enterprise Field and then filter the
time sheet on that? What would be the recommended approach?

You can edit the time sheet view and apply the filter on the enterprise
field value to Open. Only Open projects will be shown.

If you have older project (You must close these projects) .. To do this
open your project from project server. Goto your resource sheet. Set
all the resources booking type from Commited to proposed and then
publish the project. The old tasks will not be visible to the resource
anymore
