Filtering Reports on Account & Contact within BCM

I'm trying to create a report for a marketing campaign. I want to filter at
the Account level and then filter the contacts within each Account. For
example choose all customers for a specific territory and then only IT
Managers for those accounts. Is it possible to do this?
