Filtering the Gantt Chart for tasks with Enterprise Resources only...

Greetings,

Is there a way to filter a Gantt Chart view to show only those tasks
that have enterprise resources assigned to them? i.e., exclude tasks
which have a local resource.

I can filter any resource view by enterprise resources. I am led to
believe (via other posts and other readings) that I cannot filter task
views by resource filters.... so I am betting the answer is 'no.'
However, if someone has a way around, I would love the insight!

Thanks!

While in a Task view, you cannot apply a Resource filter. So, you are
correct that you cannot filter for enterprise resources in the Gantt Chart
view. Hope this helps.

There is a f:udge

In a Gantt View, you can only see Resource Name, Resource Initials and
Resource Group columns. If you don't use the Resource Group column then in
the Resource Sheet View insert the Enterprise Unique ID field. This is -1
for local Resources so set the Group Field to Ent for each Enterprise
Resource.

Now you can filter for Tasks using Enterprise Resources!
