Filtering with Query

I want to create a form based off a query. My queries is giving me a large
amout of records. i have a category of several branches which break down
to several group sectors. i would like to accomplish my query to display a
specific branch with a specific group sector under that branch. (i need
duplicate value but i dont not want to display the duplicate value).

ie Hazmat Branch = group sector event liasion
group sector director
group sector commander

not hazmat branch= grp sector event liasion
hazmat branch=grp sector event liasion
hazmat branch=grp sector commander

once i get the result of the query, i have tried to filter and group and
save that particular filter to base my form from ,but i have not been
successful.


can anyone help???

you cannot do that in a query.

on the form place the field that contains hazmat branch on the form
header and the other information in the detials section and that
should do it i think.
