Filtering

Sometimes when I use the filter at the bottom left of the
screen I get a count eg 5 of 16 records found - but other
times this doesn't happen - anyone know why that might be?

When your list has many formulas, the Status Bar may show "Filter Mode"
instead of a count of the visible records. You can use the Subtotal
function to count the visible rows.
