Filtering

Got a huge project going on with 6 pages of tasks and god knows how many
different resources. Used the autofilter to be able to trace the progress of
certain specific individuals.

How can I select more than one resource name at the same time using the
filter function?

Panos,
Several different methods come to mind. First, you can use an
interactive filter such as:
And/Or Field Name Test Value(s)
Resource Names contains "Enter name"?

A second method is to directly specify multiple resource names:
Resource Names contains Joe
Or Resource Names contains Bob

A third method would be to set up spare flag fields with the desired
resource names flagged and then filter on those flags.

A fourth method would be to use VBA to pop up a user query for the names
desired and then have the code configure and apply a filter.

Such a choice. You decide.
Hope this helps.
