Filters in PWA not saving

I am viewing tasks in PWA and select to filter "Incomplete Tasks" and it
works fine. The problem is, ever time I open IE and go to PWA, I have to
select this filter.

Is there a way I can get this (or any other setting) to save across
instances of running PWA?

Assuming you are referring to applying the Incomplete Tasks filter on the
View my tasks page, there is no way to save the filter or permanently apply
the filter on this page. The best you can do is to click the Current Tasks
option in the sidepane on the left. Hope this helps.
