I need to be able to combine the "Should Start By" filter with a Less than filter. How can I do this. I need to combine the 2 filters into one filter so that I can save the information into another format. I know how to do the latter, but need direction on how to create one filter to handle these 2 tasks

Complete with the And-s and Or-s you need
Give a new name
