final form field not writeable

I am encountering a bizarre problem with a custom Groove Form.

This form has no security applied.

Access > Form Access > Allow the following roles to use this form >
Managers, Participants, Guests all checked

I am a manager.

The final field on the form is a Rich Text.

For users other than myself, this field is not writeable. Further, the rest
of the form scrolls up/down above this field. It is as if this field is
locked both in position and in writeability.

This sure smacks of a permissions issue, however I did not apply security of
any kind to this form.

Sounds odd. If you can send me a copy of the form template, I'll take a look.

Hopefully you'll be able to copy the form we modified together over your
existing live ones, having backed them up first.

Didn't need to.

I went to File > Properties > Tool > Permissions and gave Participant Edity
Any Document permission.
