Final showing markup

Hi. I hope I'm posting to the right list.

I have Word 2000. Whenever I send a document to a colleague for editing,
she has the "Final Markup Showing" box on her toolbar. I do not have that,
nor do I know how to get it up on my toolbar. Can anyone explain to me how
to do this? Thank you! I tried going under toolbars and customize, but no
luck.

The Reviewing Toolbar feature was introduced in Word 2002.
