Final showing markup

I've had a document reviewed and several people have
added their markup to the original. Now I want to
distribute the finished document and would like it to
open on the 'Final' version, rather than the 'Final
showing markup' version.

Even if I save it in the 'Final' format rather
than 'Final showing markup', it still opens to the 'Final
showing markup' version which is pretty untidy.

Any suggestions how I can control how the document
appears on opening? Many thanks, Gavin
