FINALLY A SOLUTION -- MUST READ!!!!

At long last.. after 5 days of grief and aggravation and
answer that work... KB 329820 .. "Latest on Norton Anti
Virus and Microsoft Office plug-in".

This work-around took me 1 minute and it worked .. for
good I hope. ... after 5 days!!!!!!!!!

You know that filename not found and normal.dot stuff.

I'm not familiar with your post specifically, but the grief Norton's
"Office Plug-in" option causes has been known around here for some
time.
